Samved Bharadwaj is a two-time founder with close to ten years of entrepreneurial experience across financial services and real estate. Today he runs two businesses in parallel: he is Founder & CEO of Credmitra, a capital and credit platform, and Chief Business Officer and partner at Patkar Group, one of the Mumbai region’s legacy real estate developers.
What makes Samved a mentor worth listening to isn’t just what he’s built, it’s what he chose to do when things broke.
In 2020 he co-founded Credmitra as a fintech venture and raised institutional capital to scale it. In early 2023, when a planned funding round collapsed, Samved made the harder choice: rather than wind down and move on, he stayed to protect the capital investors had trusted him with. Over the next two years he rebuilt the company from the ground up, pivoting it into a profitable, cash-flow-positive capital and sole-selling platform now on a defined path toward an SME IPO. That period, turning a near-failure into a sustainable, self-funding business, is the foundation of how he thinks and how he mentors.
In parallel, as CBO at Patkar Group, Samved leads business and sales strategy for a legacydeveloper, where his tenure has coincided with the group recording its strongest-ever sales and project launches. He sits at the rare intersection of a traditional family-run business and modern, capital-led, data-driven growth, and he’s spent years learning how to make the two work together.
He brings that same operator’s lens to mentoring early-stage founders: less theory, more of what actually happens when capital, people, and timelines collide.
